January

01 January – UK corporation tax payment deadline for accounting year end 31 March (9 months and 1 day after accounting year-end)

06 January – UK corporation tax payment deadline for accounting year end 5 April (9 months and 1 day after accounting year-end)

15 January – Jersey ITIS and social security payment to be made by the 15th

31 January – Jersey manpower/SS returns to the government (last working day)

31 January – UK self-assessment return deadline for non-resident trusts and individuals

31 January – UK balancing payment due for individuals/trust with an income tax liability for the prior year and 1st payment on account for the current year


February

15 February – Jersey ITIS and social security payment to be made by the 15th

28 February – Jersey manpower/SS returns to the government (last working day)

28th February – Submission of Annual Confirmation Statement


March

15 March – Jersey ITIS and social security payment to be made by the 15th

31 March – Jersey manpower/SS returns to the government (last working day)

31 March – Jersey companies’ 1st payment on account for the current year of Jersey company income tax (large remitters)

31 March – UK corporation tax return and iXBRL tagged accounts submission deadline for companies with accounting year ended 31 March (1 year after accounting year-end)


April

05 April – UK corporation tax return and iXBRL tagged accounts submission deadline for companies with accounting year ended 5 April (1 year after accounting year-end)

15 April – Jersey ITIS and social security payment to be made by the 15th

30 April – Jersey manpower/SS returns to the government (last working day)


May

15 May – Jersey ITIS and social security payment to be made by the 15th

31 May – Jersey manpower/SS returns to the government (last working day)

31 May – Jersey companies’ 1st payment on account for the current year of Jersey company income tax

31 May – Jersey individuals income tax 2nd payment on account for the current year for non ITIS taxpayer (the first payment was due payable / paid on 30 November in the prior year)

31 May – Jersey personal tax paper return deadline (no tax agent)


June

15 June – Jersey ITIS and social security payment to be made by the 15th

30 June – Jersey manpower/SS returns to the government (last working day)

July

15 July – Jersey ITIS and social security payment to be made by 15th

31 July – Jersey manpower/SS returns to the government (last working day)

31 July – Jersey personal tax return submission deadline – online or using a tax agent in respect of the prior year

31 July – UK 2nd payment on account for 5 April UK income tax for trusts and individuals


August

15 August – Jersey ITIS and social security payment to be made by the 15th

31 August – Jersey manpower/SS returns to the government (last working day)


September

15 September – Jersey ITIS and social security payment to be made by the 15th

30 September – Jersey manpower/SS returns to the government (last working day)

30 September – Jersey companies 2nd payment on account (large remitters)


October

01 October – UK corporation tax payment deadline for accounting year end 31 December (9 months and 1 day after accounting year-end)

15 October – Jersey ITIS and social security payment to be made by the 15th

31 October – Jersey manpower/SS returns to the government (last working day)

31 October – Jersey company law deadline for 31 December year-end accounts to be signed (other accounts year ends – 10 months after year-end)

31 October – UK personal and trust tax paper return deadline


November

15 November – Jersey ITIS and social security payment to be made by the 15th

30 November – Jersey manpower/SS returns to the government (last working day)

30 November – Jersey Companies income tax 2nd payment on account

30 November – Jersey individuals income tax balancing payment due for the current year plus 1st payment on account for the following year (non ITIS taxpayer)

30 November – Jersey company tax return (tax computation and signed financial statements) submission deadline

30 November – Jersey partnership submission deadline


December

15 December – Jersey ITIS and social security payment to be made by the 15th

31 December – Jersey manpower/SS returns to the government (last working day)

31 December – UK corporation tax return and iXBRL tagged accounts submission deadline for companies with accounting year ended 31 December (1 year after accounting year-end)


JFSC/Registry

Any changes to Shareholder / Directors / Company Secretary needs to be reported to the Registry by way of updating details on the MyRegistry portal within 21 days. Any of the above changes are known as trigger events.
