James trained with the UK firm BDO Stoy Hayward.  He originally moved offshore to the British Virgin Islands in 1999 where he specialised in the audit of mutual funds.  Moving to Jersey in 2005 he worked for Mourant in the accounting function of their hedge fund administration division before moving to Bracken Rothwell in 2008 where he focuses his energies on auditing and accounting for SPVs, funds and structured products.

In the Fairway Group, Bracken Rothwell’s regulated trust company, James performs the role of Money Laundering Compliance and Reporting Officer and is therefore responsible for ensuring our business complies with the anti-money laundering legislation.
