Florence trained with PricewaterhouseCoopers in the UK and qualified as a chartered accountant in 1998, then moved to their Auckland office where she became an audit manager. She moved on in 1999 obtaining industry experience within an AIM listed web hosting group as Group Financial Controller. In 2004 she moved to BDO in Jersey where she was involved in property transactional and systems engagements. She joined Bracken Rothwell in 2008 where she now heads the regulated business division and has wide ranging reporting responsibilities in accounts and audit. Florence also carries out the role of Money Laundering Compliance and Reporting Officer for Bracken Rothwell Limited.
